The first time I stepped foot into the Knowledge Capital Group [KCG] office I was a senior at the College of Charleston in search of an internship opportunity. I was thrilled when I secured a paid internship, and I hit the ground running into the world of healthcare consulting.
As a college student in the early stages of my career, I was grateful to be met with immense support and guidance that quickly led to a passion for the company and the industry. I was given the opportunity to explore all aspects of our organization, including contributing to client work, which gave me a solid foundation that allowed me to grow and develop new skills quickly. I was also provided hands-on mentorship that helped me carve my professional path.
As my confidence grew, so did my responsibilities. Upon graduation I was offered a full time Project Coordinator position, and over the past two years I have been promoted three times and now serve as Associate with both client-facing and firm-wide fin/ops responsibilities.
