MUSC Health’s Dr. Eugene Hong and KCG’s Tony Powell presented at the Society for Health Care Strategy & Market Development’s 2023 Connections Conference on September 11. They examined the governance models and designed principles used during MUSC Health’s acquisition of four community hospitals, as well as the issues and mitigations that arose in the effort to drive long term value and effectively manage the integration.
