Samantha Whitney has joined Knowledge Capital Group [KCG], a boutique healthcare strategy and organizational transformational consulting firm, as an Associate.
Prior to working at KCG, Whitney completed an administrative residency with HCA Healthcare’s Gulf Coast Division as part of her graduate degree, supporting enterprise initiatives spanning clinical operations, hospital optimization, and strategic planning. Whitney’s work included developing data-driven recommendations to improve onboarding for clinical support staff, evaluating hospital service area design to guide market alignment, and contributing to executive-facing strategy presentations to inform long-term growth decisions. She brings a strong foundation in research, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration
Whitney earned her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University, where she also completed undergraduate degrees in Business Fellows and Economics. Originally from Seattle, Whitney is excited to bring her passion for healthcare improvement to Charleston. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and being outdoors.
