New Year’s resolutions often get a bad rep and rarely stick. Most of the time, it’s because the resolutions are not attainable. We’ve all heard the same resolutions: exercise more, eat healthier, get outside more often…but what about professional or company resolutions? I made a professional resolution of earning one new certification per quarter and my firm made a resolution that it would more directly measure the value we provide to our clients and the professional gratification of our teammates.

Kelsey Hess, Project Coordinator, joined KCG in Summer 2021. In her role, Hess will help coordinate client projects and deliverables as well as oversee the Firm’s marketing efforts. 

Prior to KCG, Hess worked as a Marketing and Communications Specialist for a private government contractor in Maryland where she created marketing campaigns and helped plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events. she also supported the talent acquisition team efforts. Hess is originally from Annapolis, Maryland and earned her BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Towson University.
