Peg Harris, Consultant, joined KCG in the Spring of 2021. Her experience and interests align with engagements that drive surgical growth, service line enhancement, outreach and referral pattern management.

Prior to KCG, Harris spent 15 years with premier healthcare organizations including HCA, Boston Scientific and Pfizer. As HCA’s Director of Surgical Growth, she was responsible for driving initiatives that led to increased contribution margins. Her clients included affiliated/non-affiliated surgeons and hospital administrators. Collaborating with her team, Harris worked with stakeholders to remove barriers for growth, improve processes and prompt win-win partnerships.

Harris is originally from the Seattle, Washington area where she earned her BA from the University of Washington. She moved to Charleston in 2005 where she soon-after earned her MBA followed by a JD from the Charleston School of Law.
