Executive Assistant / Office Manager

The Executive Assistant / Office Manager will play a critical role in the administrative support of the team [such as managing schedules, coordinating travel, and organizing files], office management [such as managing vendor & tenant relationships, coordinating office supplies & food, and improving the overall office experience for all staff], as well as overseeing the firm’s external marketing and branding. In this role, you will establish rapport with our managing director, senior clients, and colleagues as a trusted representative for our firm’s leadership.

Qualified candidates MUST possess:

  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally within a professional services context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactiveness and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Appetite for hard-charging, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in small teams
  • Candidates must be fully authorized to work in the US and must not require a visa sponsorship from KCG

Education

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • SharePoint, Smartsheet, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and/or Adobe Illustrator experience a plus
