Knowledge Capital Group [KCG] is pleased to welcome Brittany Hall as Practice Leader of Service Delivery.
Prior to working at KCG, Hall spent five years in management consulting at McKinsey & Company in the Implementation and Operations practices. During her time at McKinsey, she focused on transformations, organizational health, and client coaching across industries. Notable projects included the development and implementation of multi-million-dollar operational transformations, organizational restructuring optimization, and the design and delivery of leadership capability building programs. Hall regularly facilitated internal and client training and served as the global lead for one of McKinsey’s operations capability building products. Prior to consulting, Hall held roles in program management at GE Power.
Hall received an MBA, MS in Biomedical Engineering, and BS in Microbiology from Clemson University.
