Head of Client Engagement & Operations

About the Position

Knowledge Capital Group (KCG) is looking for a senior-level professional to oversee client engagements and internal operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, and in-depth knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging business situations
  • A team-orientation and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence
  • Appetite for hard-charging, fast-pasted environment and desire to help build a successful firm
  • Ability to manage and develop strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client deliverables
  • Clear and articulate communication skills; both oral and written
  • The utmost professional poise and presence particularly in challenging situations
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or health-related field required; Master’s degree in business administration and/or a health-related field (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall project, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues to achieve goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, drawing upon previous knowledge and insights
  • Guide and mentor junior staff, driving the development of their skills and knowledge
  • Oversee the firm’s development and knowledge database
  • Support the firm’s growth through contributions to internal initiatives
  • Expand the KCG product strategy within the consulting space
