KCG Analysts also serve in critical internal roles for the firm – a portion of their duties include driving value-added activities like recruiting, Intellectual Property management, Business Development support, and coordinating team building events – all things that help shape the growth and future of the firm.

Qualified candidates MUST possess:

  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited university with a GPA of 3.75 or more
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Appetite for hard-charging, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in small teams

In addition to the requirements above, competitive candidates will have:

  • One or two summers of professional experience/internships
  • An extreme interest and aptitude for management consulting
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Leadership skills in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • A team-orientated, collaborative approach, and outstanding listening skills
  • Ability and willingness to balance internal and external roles based on the needs of the firm
  • Clear and articulate communication skills; both orally and in writing
  • The utmost professional poise and presence particularly in challenging situations
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university; preferably Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics or similar majors

Travel:

  • Candidates must be able to travel up to 80%

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft ACCESS, SharePoint, SmartSheet, and Visio experience a plus
