Jade Lawson

Prior to joining KCG as an intern, Jade Lawson worked as an intern in the public relations department of the Greenville Hospital System where she developed scripts and aided in the production of a series of videos for the 2009 Activate Upstate campaign in conjunction with the Greenville Drive minor league baseball team. Lawson spent 6 months with the Greenville Symphony Orchestra as an intern and marketing assistant where she produced marketing pieces, press releases, e-communications and website content. In 2007, she interned with Erwin Penland, a full-service advertising agency in Greenville, SC. While at Erwin Penland, Lawson worked on public relations campaigns for a variety of client accounts including Firehouse Subs, Southern Exposure Food and Wine Festival, the Greenville Humane Society and others.
Lawson holds an B.A. in Communication Studies from Furman University and is currently pursuing her M.P.A. degree at the College of Charleston with a focus in Arts Management.
