Organizational Design and Restructuring – The purpose of an organization is to provide products and services to customers. How organizations are structured (e.g., information flow, who reports to whom, department alignment, etc.) too often impedes this goal. Job Profiling and Competency Development – Competencies and skills are the basic building blocks of Human Resource Management. We work with our clients to identify those skills and core competencies that will best propel your organization to the next level.  Through incorporating these skills and competencies into the essential aspects of HR practices, we ensure lasting commitment and change.   We then partner with your executive team to build an environment where managers and direct reports build a common framework to foster and develop those competencies and skills that are critical to success.  

Succession Planning – It's not enough to have the "right people on the bus" as Jim Collins advocates in Good to Great. For the long-term success of your business, you have to actively seek and groom the next generation of leaders. We work with your staff to identify your firm’s future needs as well as develop a plan to ensure you have the right people identified and prepared to fill the open position when the time comes.

HR Performance Management –Through the Performance Management process, your organization can achieve organizational goals by developing employee potential to increase job satisfaction and overall productivity.  We first work with our clients to define the purpose of each job, the duties and responsibilities and the core skills of the ideal candidate.   Using this clarifying framework, we then guide the organization through setting organizational goals, departmental goals and then establishing individual goals within the larger context.  Through training and new processes, we streamline and clarify the delivery of coaching and improvement plans.

Mentoring and Executive Coaching – We deliver these services in two distinct approaches: professional development and coaching for managers with high leadership potential, and one-on-one coaching sessions with executives wishing to round out their personal performance and career satisfaction.   Through direct feedback, structured study and supportive communication, we ensure each leader has the opportunity to achieve his/her highest potential.
